Jeff Miller

Jeff Miller is a member of the Pro Football Researchers Association and Chairperson of the PFRA’s Western New York chapter.  He was the 2004 winner of the PFRA’s Ralph E. Hay Award for “career achievement in pro football research and historiography,” and the 2003 Writing Award for his articles focusing on significant pro football personalities.  He is the author of several books focusing on the history of American football, including Rockin’ the Rockpile: The Buffalo Bills of the American Football League, Game Changers: The Greatest Plays in Buffalo Bills Football History, 100 Things Bills Fans Should Know and do Before They Die, Buffalo’s Forgotten Champions: The Story of Buffalo’s First Professional Football Team and the Lost 1921 Title, and Pop Warner: A Life on the Gridiron.

Miller has been a featured speaker in documentaries focusing on football history, including the NFL Films production History of the Buffalo Bills (2009) and Time Warner Sports Networks Before The League.  He has also appeared multiple times in the NFL Network’s NFL Top 10 series.”
